The Flint is a Class I river with moving current. It’s a scenic an easy river to paddle…with warm water. The current is about 1.5 miles per hour. It’s a great place to learn to paddle or practice skills. There are few hazards to consider (although snakes are definitely present!) and none in the more popular parts of the river.
